Call for Papers
Technical Sessions
The following is a list of Symposium Topics for the 11th Asian Conference on Safety and Education in Laboratory (ACSEL2024).
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations can be submitted for both sessions. Posters will be on display throughout the duration
of the event from 21st to 30th November. Participants can send comments on posters and poster presenters can respond to them.
Please submit an abstract for the session that you think best fits one of the following:
- Theoretical analysis of environmental safety in Laboratory
- Safety Education
- Laboratory Safety Management
- Emergency and Disaster Management
- Safety and health protection
- Environmental protection
- Waste treatment
- Recycling of resources
- Carbon neutral
To present a Technical paper
100 words abstract (due by July 31st August 7th, 2024) is the first to be submitted by those who wish to make a presentation in the conference.
Based on these submissions we will make a decision as whether or not to accept your contribution and arrange the conference sessions.

Guideline of Poster Presentations
[MUST]
Display your poster on the poster board at the conference venue before the start of the session by yourself. The poster must be removed at the end of the session by yourself.
Poster format
- A poster manuscript should be formatted for ONE-page A1 size portrait (W=594 mm, L=841 mm). The entire area of the page can be used for your contents. No need to indicate the Paper ID, but the Title and Authors in extra-large characters should be indicated.

The posters will be displayed on the web from November 21 to November 30, 2024. All speakers may prepare and send the poster manuscript by the deadline, November 11, 2024 using the file transfer service designated in the PDF file above.

Proceedings
Presenters can also submit a Full manuscript (due by March 31st, 2025) for publication in a special issue
of the Journal of Environment and
Safety. The full manuscript should be submitted through
online submission webpage.
The submitted manuscript will be published after undergoing a standard reviewing process. The copyright
transfer agreement must be signed by ink, scanned and sent to the e-mail address:

daikankyo.org".
